TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Customers can exchange products within 15 days from the date of purchase at the store or the date of receipt of products ordered online ( determined by the time recorded by the shipping unit ) .

2. Customers can exchange each order one time only .

3. Conditions when exchanging products : The products must have their tags intact , not damaged or dirtied , have no strange odor , and have not been used or washed . Please keep the invoice , also .

4. Not applicable for products in the promotion program .

5. Customers please pack the product carefully when exchanging / returning to avoid the product being damaged during transportation . , CHATSbyC.dam is not responsible for handling or working with the shipping unit .

6. Please pay the shipping cost in cases where the exchange is not due to the manufacturer’s fault .

7. For products with defects arising from the manufacturer including : Color staining , fading , material defects , seam defects , design errors … CHATSbyC.dam will recall and exchange products of the same type for customers .

8. When picking up the ordered / please repair product at the store , bring the order / repair voucher to receive the product .

9. Please check the product carefully when buying directly at the store . With online order confirmation , please consider carefully before transferring the payment . Products purchased are non – returnable and non – refundable .
